I'm sorry to hear that your Mum has recently been recalled for an appointment following a scan. It's understandable that you may be feeling anxious. 

We often see people post about being recalled for another appointment after initial test results are returned and this is usually because some further investigations are needed. However, this doesn't always mean bad news so try not to be too worried at the moment. 

Hopefully at your Mum's appointment next weekend the team will be able to give you some clarity and reassurance about your Mum's health.
