Hi, my son was diagnosed with neuroendocrine carcinoma last July. He is only 16. It seems to be incredibly rare is uoung people and children. My son's  primary is in his lung and has has spread to liver, bones and other organs. We were signposted to this charity www.neuroendocrinecancer.org.uk by my child's oncologist. There is a helpline as well as lots of information on the site. Where is your son being treated? There are regional centres of excellence for treating this cancer.
