Brain Tumor -personality changes

Hi, I'm new to the forum although my husband was diagnosed with GMb frontal lobe tumor in May,he  had surgery in July and radiotherapy and ongoing chemo. At the moment I'm struggling with personality changes in him.Can anyone relate? He is working full time (at home) and seems to cope well with work but it's little simple tasks he finds different and he doesn't have an awareness or pick up on emotional signals,it's quite hard to explain.Any experiences or thoughts, it's not one I can talk about with friends and others are less likely to notice these differences.

  • Hi Croyde,

I'm new to the forum and to cancer.

My mum was diagnosed this week.

I've been thinking for months that my mum has been so different, less aware/understanding of those around her, short and snappy. So much so that we saw less of her as I was struggling to deal with it. Now don't I feel like an awful daughter!

    Hope you are well x
