I am so sorry to hear that your mum has stage 4 end of life lung cancer and has developed a lump in her neck. I am not sure whether the fact that she has developed a lump in her neck means that the cancer is now in the lymph nodes but it's important that you mention it to her oncologist if you haven't done it already and they will be able to tell you more about what this lump in her neck might be.
