  • Hello Millie_Moo-

I'm so very sorry to hear that your brother is now on a palliative care pathway. Undoubtedly this is a very difficult time for him and for you all as a family. It's natural that you want to have as much time together as you can.

Sadly, it's often the case that Dr's aren't able to estimate how long a person may have left and even when they do those estimates are often shorter than expected.

The important thing now is that your brother is well supported at home by the palliative team and that you as a family are able to support each other and spend time together.

Thinking of you all at this difficult time.

    Best wishes,
