Mum diagnosed with NSCLC

I'm looking for a bit of advice here. My mum is 64 years old and was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer about 9 months ago, unfortunately it is fairly advanced stage (metastatic). At the same time, she was also diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. This was all diagnosed in the US as that is where is she is currently based. The doctor there recommened that she goes on targeted treatment for both cancers and was against the use of chemo - for the lung cancer the treatment prescribed is Osimertinib (Tagrisso). At the time I was overwhelmed and in too much shock to comprehend the situation but now I'm thinking whether it would be worth getting a second opinion? Any advice? I have no idea where to start with second opinions in the UK :(
