3years on after Ivor Lewis - what are survival rates like?

its been a long time since I posted. My husband had the Ivor Lewis three years ago. I've been trying to look about survival rates after the surgery but I just don't really understand them. Does anyone know if people can survive this more than three years surgery? I'm starting to fry very anxious.

    Survival rates following any cancer diagnosis depend on many factors and it can be really confusing to understand these kinds of statistics. 

    It's understandable that you may be feeling anxious about how your husband's health may change in the future and so I wonder if you might find it helpful to chat things through with one of our nurses.
