My mum is on palliative care, she was diagnosed with bowel cancer around the beginning of 2020. Treatment went very well but it's returned and there is nothing that can be done. 
 

She is getting pains and acid reflux, as it has spread to the liver and surround areas. 
 

I struggle to get her to talk to the helpline, but as morphine and paracetamol aren't working very well can anyone recommend any other drugs available through the nhs that can be prescribed? 

I am struggling to keep things together at the moment and this chat seems like my best option to feeling like I'm helping in some way
