I really don't feel I can stand by much longer and watch them an I love disappear  before my eyes , pancreatic cancer and now vomiting constantly lost 4 stone since May , oncology trying to arrange palliative chemo but day unit full and no beds in wards !!!! He's 58 , was a steel erector now in bed , exhausted , so thin , try's to smile , I'm a nurse , helped hundreds of people over last 22 years and can't help him !!! Heartbroken , depressed , grieving already x
