Unfortunately it is against our forum terms and conditions to add pictures here as only a medical expert will be able to advise you properly on this and no one has the knowledge here to tell you what these lumps could be. 

I think it would be a good idea to get in touch with your father's medical team or his GP and to show them these lumps, perhaps show them a picture too if they are unable to see him straight away. 

I hope that you manage to speak to someone about this soon and that you get some proper answers on what these lumps could be. 

Perhaps other members of our forum who have also looked after a loved one with prostate cancer will have experience of this and be able to tell you more and I hope that someone will be along shortly to share their story with you.
