I'm so sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis. Undoubtedly this is a difficult time for you all. 

Have you spoken with your Mum about how she's feeling about the upcoming appointment and the suggested treatment? Maybe once she's seen the Oncologist on the 2nd of August you'll feel better able to make a decision about what the best option is for you to support your Mum but I'd encourage you to have that conversation with her as well. 

If you want to talk to one of our team of nurses ahead of her appointment you're most welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. I'm sure they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information, and support that they can.

Hi Jenn

Thank you for your reply. We have since had a chat and mum along with many other friends and relatives have told me to go as I will need thus rest before mum gets unwell.

She is in very good spirits at the moment  :)
