I'm worried

My husband was diagnosed last week with a 32cm tumor in his esophagus he has had a endoscopy and a ct scan now waiting of a pet scan I feel our lives have been upside down he is 70 years old but I'm not prepared to lose him for a long time yet. We have had to cancel out holidays for August I'm not bothered about that. I'm just finding it hard to cope at the moment as I don't want to wake up one morning and he has passed away. 5 years ago I had a basal cell carcinoma removed off my eye they said they got it all out I just want to hear that abt my husband any operations he has to have. How do you cope please.

  • I understand your feelings, i have been  fighting cancer myself from january 2022

As per my own experience this illness is very complex phisically and mentally specially for the patient, its a life changing experience so requires lots of adjustments to carry on.

The best way to help a cancer patient is been supportive and sweet really take care of the person

Best of luck and God Protects us all
