  • Hello Tydu,

I am sorry to hear about what happened to your poor partner. I hope that you have heard back from them by now or that they have got back to you and replied to your messages. I know your partner was understandably very frustrated by this situation but I hope that he will still consider getting treatment and that this trust will be re-established. By now you will probably have heard from them and they will hopefully be able to explain to you what happened and why you received no phone call. There is information on this page of our website on how to make a complaint via PALS if there are any issues you wish to flag or you can find out more too about how to simply give any kind of feedback.

Keeping everything crossed for you that they get back to you very quickly and that your partner will be very well looked after.

    Best wishes,
