hi my partner has stage 4 pancreatic cancer his last session of 12 chemo finished in february for the last day he has uncontrolled shakes and shivers is this normal
his temperature keeps going up then down but his in a lot of pain as well, thank you so much for your reply i have been trying to get him to go to the hospital but he does not want to go
If his temp is going up, maybe give the cancer helpline number a call yourself and see what they say. Not to freak you out, but infection does need to be ruled out. Something you or i would be able to sit on, can be life-threatening to those on chemo or just recently off chemo.

Even if your partner doesn't want to go to the hospital it's important he sees a medical professional so that they can get his pain under control and decide the best way forwards to manage the other symptoms you've described.
