I'm sorry to hear that your Aunt has been diagnosed with cancer and that during her treatment she had an MI. It's understandable that you're concerned about her.
Please do get in touch with her GP, or cardiologist is she has one, about the chest and arm pain that she's experiencing. It's important to get this checked and her GP will be able to arrange any appropriate tests and referrals.
