We have found out today after dad Losing weight and saying he was fine that he has pancreatic cancer which has spread to his liver ,I am confused and upset and I am not sure how to help him.or my mum
Hi, my mum had an op today to remove a mass in the bile duct, unfortunately it's cancer and has spread to the pancreas. I feel the same as can't help my dad and don't know how il cope without my mum
