My 80 year old mum's myeloma has returned. She had 5 good years of remission.

She starts dvd treatment weekly on 14 Feb.

I am taking a career break to help her. I have one other jib and two kids aged 11 and 7.

Anyway how will she be? Side effects? She is already very thin.

I'm a tough woman as I lost my dad from MS when I was 11 but I just feel so sad right now for her. I don't want her to suffer.

I'm sorry to hear your mum's myeloma has returned Goldszmit but I'm glad she doesn't have to wait too long for her treatment to begin.
Hopefully some of our members will share their experiences with you soon but I hope this page we have about treatment for when Myeloma comes back will help.
