It might be a blocked gland or a spot, or part of your normal anatomy. You could try applying some antiseptic cream for a week or so, to see if that helps. Try to avoid directly squeezing it as this could cause it to swell or get infected. Sometimes sitting in a tepid (warm not hot) bath can help settle things. If it doesn't clear up, and you remain concerned, then do see your GP, (you can ask for a female GP), or else your GP Practise Nurse for advice.
