Is there somewhere I can send a photo of the blood in my stool as I'm too embarrassed to go to doc incase I just tore something.

No one can possibly diagnose anything like this by picture. It's not what's on your poo that matters, it's what's causing this to happen that matters. Those who can tell you what it is have literally seen this more times than you would care to imagine. During my life, i have been to the doctors twice to get lumps checked out on my testicles (were cysts each time). I didn't want to, no one would want to, but sometimes you've just got to do these things.
Probably nothing other than a tear or haemorrhoid, but you will never know this unless you go in person to get it seen too. Rectal bleeding isn't normal, and embarrassment isn't a cure for anything, nor is it something you ignore.
As scary/embarrassing as things may seem just now, it's better to get this seen to now than 6 months down the line. My wife was embarrassed about going to the doctors and getting her breasts out (was a male doctor), but she did it straight away. And doing so has given her a damn good chance of being cancer free one day in the near future. Had she let that embarrassment win, she'd have probably been sat in a room months down the line being told not much they could do other than keep it under control the best they could.
Hello Paddyboy and thanks for posting,
I'm afraid we can't diagnose (say if anything is the matter).
Bleeding from the bum can occur for several reasons and doesn't have to be a sign of anything serious, but because it can sometimes be caused by bowel cacner, to be on the safe side our standard advice it to let your doctor know. They take a number of things into account when making an assessment, age can be a factor because cancer is usually a less likely explanation in younger people and they will want to know how much blood you have passed and how often, I don't know if a photo will add much information to telling them what has been happening.
Our advice would always be to get something like this checked out properly and don't let any embarrassments get in the way. Doctors are very matter of fact about bowels and bums and will do their best to put you at ease. People often try and work out what could be going on to decide if it is worth seeing the doctor, but that is the doctor's job and they don't mind you asking for their advice even when nothing serious turns out to be wrong - it is what they are there for.
I hope you can get this sorted out easily,
Best wishes,
Julia
