I'm sorry to hear about this tight feeling you have around your back.

Unfortunately no one on here can say for sure what this is so it is best to speak to your GP so they can assess you and arrange more tests if needed.

Muscles, ligaments and nerves sometimes can be irritated with during an operation, so this could be one reason, but it is advisable to get it checked out just to be sure.
