Anyone else worried that their stage 1 cancer has spread ? I finished radiotherapy at the end of October and I've got a aching back ( which I've had before) but now convinced it's my breast cancer that has spread.

Hello Sezlez and thanks for posting,
Although no one else has posted I know that after treatment ends a lot of people worry about their cancer coming back or spreading. I think every new ache and pain can raise the spectre of this happening. But in most cases with early stage cancers this will never occur.
Our standard advice to anyone with new symtpoms after treatment is to talk to your doctor or specialist team and get their input. Getting properly assessed can give you peace of mind as well as getting some advice about what to do to manage the pain, for example which sort of exercise or painkillers would be best.
Try not to worry but do get some medical advice, hopefully this will be reassuring.
Wishing you the best,
Julia
