I'm sorry to hear about your situation and appreciate this frozen shoulder must be adding to everything else going on and causing you some concern.

Calcifications (or build up of calcium) can occur anywhere in the tissues, bones or blood system of the body. In the tendons in the shoulders they are often caused by inflammation, the ageing process and general wear and tear and are common.

I wouldn't read too much into this and the calcifications in the breast as they are unlikely to be related but do talk to your doctor and see what they say.
