I'm sorry you are worried about a breast lump and I see your doctor has referred you to the breast clinic to have it checked out just to be on the safe side.

Waiting  to be seen and waiting for test results is very stressful, and it's natural to feel scared. But I’m afraid until you are seen at the breast clinic and your results are known no one can tell you anymore for now.

Waiting in circumstances like this is never easy but I’m afraid there is no real way round this. Some people find talking it through with family and friends and keeping busy can sometimes help. But until you know more it’s natural to worry.
