The information is generally that you can have sex from 4 weeks post the lletz procedure. See link here for lletz information.

If you are still bleeding or concerned in anyway I would recommend you give your GP a call.

Yes it would now be okay to have sex again as you have stopped bleeding and have no other side effects from the LLetz but still take it easy. Just to be aware you may still experience a little spotting or pass some old blood after intercourse.
