It has grown and the shape is irregular, no need to panic but these are both very sound reasons to seek advice. Do you have an appointment booked soon?  If not, try to get one in the next couple of weeks.  Congratulations on the pregnancy !!  I am not a Nurse but just giving you a very general answer. I have had a lot of moles. Had to have first one removed aged 11 so am fairly famiar with them over the years.
