I'm sorry you have found a lump in your vagina that is worrying you.

I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose anyone on this forum . Most lumps and bumps are harmless and the cause will be something other than a cancer ( especially at your young age). But it is always best to get this sort of thing checked out by your GP just to be sure. At the moment most GP's are offering telephone appointments initially but where necessary they will arrange a face to face appointment.

Sometimes lumps in the vagina are caused by Bartholins cysts here. These are harmless and rarely cause any problems but sometimes they become infected which may need treating but do get checked out when you can.

if you haven't already please tell your parents or a trusted adult that you are worried about this. Hopefully they will be able to reassure you and go with you to your doctor’s appointment for support.
