I appreciate it can be a worry to experience some spotting or bleeding out of the blue but there can be various reasons for this to happen, that won't be anything as serious as cancer.

Bleeding after sex can be caused by an ectropian, vaginal dryness or friction during sex or infection but if this is ongoing then it should ideally be checked out by your GP to be sure. 

Desogestrel can cause some menstrual irregularities that can sometimes occur when taken for a while but again it is worth talking this through with your doctor. If needed they can examine you and carry out some tests or refer you on to the hospital.

Many women have a tilted uterus and it doesn't normally cause pain but again talk all of your symptoms through with your doctor when you can and see what they have to say.

Thank you so much I will try to call them in the morning as I suffer with health anxiety also which can make things seem worse than they are I will definitely talk everything through I mentioned at my smear last year about the pain but she says it can be normal but if it's too painful to have to stop then they will look into it thank you again
