Piles, haemorrhoids or something more sinister?

I'm a bit worried about growth I've got on my Anus, it's very itchy and bleeds if I pass a hardish stool. All my skin around my anus is now sore and itchy. I'm applying creams etc and just started using suppositories to see if they reduce the symptoms if it is piles or haemorrhoids. I always feel tired lately I've always lacked energy in a way but feeling it a lot more lately. I'm booked into my doctor but that's not till the end of next week and I'm a bit worried now.

    I'm sorry to learn about what has been happening and can appreciate that unexplained symptoms can prey on your mind. 

    I'm afraid no one here on Cancer Chat including the nurses can diagnose anyone. Our system does not accept photographs and our standard advice is to talk things over with the GP when you see them at the end of next week and be guided by them.

    Bowel symptoms are common and they could be caused by piles (haemorrhoids) or anal fissure see here and here . These usually settle within a few days or weeks ,however frequent constipation and straining can cause symptoms to go on for a lot longer.
