Hopefully you will get some replies from people who have been through something similar, although of course, everyone will have a different experience.

It's good that you coped well with chemotherapy , but it's not surprising as surgery comes closer, that you are worrying about this next stage and possibly what the results may show.

It was good news that there weren't initial signs of cells in the nodes and although surgery does sometimes comes up with different results, you have completed a course of chemotherapy which if there had, by any chance been any trace of cells in nodes, hopefully the chemo will have treated these.

Googling, though tempting won't be able to give you any information as to what may or may not be found and can only raise your anxiety further, so if you can, and I know it's easy to say, it may be an idea to stop.

Keep well and and rest and reserve your energy for the surgery and recovery. You can read more about your operation and recovery here
