I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you have and the tests you are currently undergoing. This must be an anxious time for you but try not to over think too much until you know more.

Symptoms as I am sure you are aware can be caused by lots of different things. Most will be harmless but often something more serious may need ruling out just to be sure. Just because you have 2 things going on at the same time doesn't mean they are related so take things one step at a time.

Breast lumps are common and usually are caused by cysts or a build up of fatty tissue called fibroadenomas that you can read about here. If after the breast unit has carried out imaging such as an ultrasound or mammogram or both and are unsure of the findings they may decide to biopsy the lumps to give them more information about what the problem might be and decide if any treatment is needed.

I'm purely using your example as my example. I'm no expert and only tests will give you answers. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong here, but if it's 2 different cancers, in 2 different places, it isn't considered stage 4. Stage 4 from what i recall is if, say, those lumps in your breast were found to have originated from the oral cavity.

Remember, I'm not saying either are cancer, just trying to explain if someone had 2 cancers in 2 separate places, it would be counted as 2 cancers, not the same. Stage 4 would be if one of those cancers had developed elsewhere.
