I am so worried. I have started a period after 18 months. I assumed I was in the menopause. I have since learnt this could be a sign of cancer. Is this likely?
I'm afraid I am going to be unable to say why you have another period after 18 months, but cancer isn't necessarily the reason.
Anyone noticing any unusual changes with their body we do advise speaking to their GP. In the meantime I wouldn't advise researching online as any symptom can be related to a cancer so this causes unnecessary anxiety. The internet is not a doctor, who can assess and examine you properly.
