Hi so this all started a few weeks ago, constantly needing to clear my throat, ear pain and also swollen glands that hurt to touch. Doctor referred me for a ultrasound which came back then saying one of the glands was only 6mm but possible increased vascularirty through some of the lymph nodes. When having the ultrasound doctor reassured me and said nothing to worry about at all. I then still wasn't convinced so my doctor referred me to a ENT. ENT had a look down my throat with the camera going down my nose etc. He couldn't see anything said it was all normal, my worry this whole time has been that it's throat cancer. He said certainly not throat cancer and said I had globus can be due to stress etc. I have severe health anxiety. I still think there is something wrong with having jaw pain, my neck hurts and also these lymph nodes being tender when I press down on them. I'm really struggling to cope at the moment. I've seen a lot of doctors and health care professionals surely they can't all be wrong?
