We are unable to diagnose (tell anyone what's wrong) on the forum so if you are concerned about the spot on your breast then  do get it checked out by your doctor.

If it is red and sore it may be a sign that you have an infection but it is only your own doctor who will be able to tell you if that is the case.

If it does not appear to be clearing up in the next week do make an appointment.

There are many other breast conditions other then cancer but it is important that if you have any concerns that you have them checked out.
