I am sorry to hear you have a purple lump on your pubic area that is worrying you.
I'm afraid no one on here can diagnose or say what the matter is but things like this tend to be harmless and have a simple cause that isn't anything as serious as a cancer.
We suggest that anyone with ongoing or worrying symptoms they aren't sure about get them checked out by their own GP. They are in the best position to assess you and if needed arrange some tests.
