Both armpits being the same is perhaps a good sign that nothing sinister, could it be a shaving rash or ingrown hairs?

Ive got something similar at the moment but only in one armpit, it hurts and have tonight found what appears to be a flesh coloured pimple type thing, do yours hurt?

Is sore spotty and noticed a Couple of skin tags I suffer with health anxiety so I alway fear the worst 

Those kind of symptoms sound more like infection/ irritation type things, particularly if it's both armpits the same, visit the GP and hopefully they can put your mind at rest and give you something to treat it or advice to manage it

Unfortunately no one here on Cancer Chat can say for sure what is causing something like this which is why our usual advice is to see the GP and get properly checked out. Most of the time nothing serious is the matter, but to get some peace of mind, do get talk to your GP and get their input.
