around 5 months ago i noticed a movable lump in my scrotum while doing a pee on the right side i felt my right testical and i can't feel any hard lumps or anything on my testical but whatever this lumpy thing is that moves around i'm not sure i think it's like a vein or something maybe not i have tried to hold the lumpy thing and feel it but it's hard because it moves around some times i get a little ache but nothing painful my sperm doesn't feel the same either it feels like i have weak sperm if that makes sense i have appointment with doc next week i should have probably got it seen to earlier but my anxiety has been through the roof and i just felt really down but am hoping it's nothing serious and just a harmless cyst or something like that am 24 my dad or brothers haven't had testical cancer or anything either if anyone has had anything similar to this please tell me your situation
