Hey,
I've posted a few days ago but haven't had a response, so I'm posting here.
My husband is currently undergoing tests for Testicular Cancer.
He's so far had 2 ultrasounds (both inconclusive) and blood tests for liver, HGC levels and a cancer cell count (unsure of correct name). We're still waiting on the blood results.
The urologist has said he's presenting with symptoms that match cancer (lump in testicle, whole testicle gone hard), but as he is also in pain (constant kick in the balls pain), they're unsure. Infection has already been ruled out.
I thought an ultrasound would give a definite yes/no answer? The sonographer did say there was 'red flag areas', but didn't actually say cancer.
I'm a natural worrier, my husband is an 'it is what it is' kind of guy.
I know you can't say for definite, but the Dr's don't give much information away!
