Unfortunately, we can't really diagnose exactly what it is. But overall, it isn't likely to be anything serious. 

It may well be a spot or a blocked gland in that area. Bacterial infections there are common. You could try applying some antiseptic cream to see if it clears up. If it persists, then do ask your GP or GP Practice nurse about it, and they can advise you further.
