hello ive reacently noticed i have a hard lump on my jawbone just to the side of my chin its painless and it doesnt move anyone have any suggestions? or does anyone know what it could be thank you
I’m sorry you are worried about a lump in your jaw.
In most cases these symptoms have straightforward explanations such as an infection. But do make an appointment to see your GP over the next couple of weeks if the lump doesn't improve just to be on the safe side.
Because of the current pandemic, it can be hard to get a GP appointment right now. It’s more likely that you’ll be offered a telephone appointment initially with your doctor. After the consultation, if they feel they need to see you, they can offer you a face to face appointment.
