Things like this can seem scary I know, but blood in the urine can occur for several reasons and sometimes when this is looked into, nothing untoward is found, so try not to think cancer is the only possibility because it isn't.

When you are in the middle of a health scare it is tempting to turn to the internet to look for answers and a lot of people do, but I am not sure how helpful it really is -  it is easy to go around in circles and become more and more pre-occupied and it keeps any worry front of mind and can stoke it. Our advice is to try to divert and distract yourself , so if you can, over the weekend make plans so you can take your mind off this as much as is possible.
