I ma sorry to here about the infection you have.

I am afraid no one here can diagnose anyone. The best thing to do if you are worried about any aspect of your health is to make a GP appointment to get checked out.  However, I can say that lymph nodes can become bigger in response to an infection. They can also take longer to go down to a normal size even if after the infection has gone.  So, you might want to wait a couple of weeks to see what happens.
