I am so sorry to learn that this has happened and can understand you being devastated and scared about what this might mean for the future. I think anyone would feel this way and hope you have plenty of support.

Hopefully, the oncology team will be able to answer some of your questions at the appointment today and tell you what sort of treatment they recommend. While no one wants to be in the position of needing to have have more treatment, never the less I think gearing up for it and having a plan can help. 

I expect there will be a lot of uncertainties for you to deal with which might take some adjusting to. People often say to take things slowly, and give yourself time and space to process a new normal. Do ask the hospital what sort of support services you can tap into and make use of them.

It might be worth knowing about another charity Breast Cancer Now and finding out what they offer.
