I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose or tell anyone if anything is the matter. Lumps can have straightforward medical explanations, such as a fatty lump. But only a doctor can make a medical assessment so the best thing to do is to make an appointment to see your GP  to get checked out just to be on the safe side.

Because of the current pandemic, it’s more likely you will be offered a telephone appointment initially with your doctor. After the consultation, if they feel they need to see you, they can offer you a face to face appointment.
