I can imagine its worrying not knowing what may have caused the raised ca125 , but try and not think too far ahead or of worst case scenarios, though I can appreciate it may be difficult.

There are explanations other than cancer for CA125 to be raised and it's a reason why it's not used in a national screening ovarian programme. 

It's good that the ultrasound did not show anything of concern, but the gynaecologist may well decide on carrying out some further tests.

I'm afraid that you will need to wait to be seen by the gynaecologist as at the moment no one will be able to say what may be causing this rise.

Try and hold your nerve and keep busy if you can - I hope you will get to be seen soon
