Soar bruised lump

Hi I wondered if anyone could help.

I have had a lump probably the size of a 1p coin between my armpit and breast for about 2 months maybe slightly longer. It has a bruise on top of it which doesn't go away. 
has anyone had anything like this? I have been trying to get to see my doctor but no appointments available for a few weeks.

when I first wake up it is so soar, it can even wake me up. 
It is my right breast and the breast itself is starting to get soar too.

    It must be frustrating not being able to get an appointment for a few weeks but I do hope you have made one , even though you have to wait.

    The GP will be able to examine the lump and can always refer you to a breast clinic for further tests. The majority of people who go to a breast clinic do not have breast cancer, as there are different explanations , including hormonal changes.

    We aren't able to advise you as to what this may, so I do hope you get to speak with the GP soon
