My relative has recently completed radiotherapy for lung cancer a few months ago, went well, has COPD and has had a lot of exacerbation requiring antibiotics and steroids. Recently she has recently found multiple small lumps under the skin on her shins accompanied by severe cramps in both calves, very debilitating. No rash visible on skin.
