I am sorry to hear about this lump you have and understand you are even more worried as you have now hurt it and it a little sore.
I see you have messaged the nurses last week and are going back to see your doctor in a couple of days. Do let them know what happened and how it is feeling now. I am sure they will assess you and if needed will refer you to the breast unit for further assessment.
Try not to worry too much breast lumps are common in young women and are most likely to be caused by hormonal changes, cysts or a build up of fatty tissue called a fibroadenoma rather than breast cancer.
I hope things settle for you soon and you are able to get some peace of mind.
