I've got a small pea/grape sized lump under my arm, It
doesnt hurt and i can move it around if need be. For the past two weeks I've also had pain in my breasts/nipples there very red and sore to touch. Is it something I should be worried about?
I am sorry to hear you have found a lump in your armpit and your breasts are red and sore to touch but i'm afraid no one here can tell you what the problem is or if it is anything to be worried about.
umps in the armpit are often caused by swollen lymph nodes that are often inflamed because of a current or recent infection. Redness and pain in the nipples and breast can also be caused by infection so I think it best of you arrange an appointment to get these things checked out by a GP.
They are in the best position to assess you and if needed give you antibiotics or creams. However sometimes just to be on the safe side they may refer people to a breast unit or hospital for further tests.
Try not to worry most of the time things like this turn out to have a simple reason that isn't anything as serious as cancer but do get yourself checked out when you can.
