Hi Chanel
Id say for peace of mind do go to the GP and get it checked, it's always best to get these things checked even if they do say to monitor it for a month or two, at least then you know they've checked and can give you the best advice and put your mind at rest.
kind regards
Emma
Hello and thanks for posting,
Unfortunately, we can't tell you what it is on this forum. It is not at all likely to be anything serious such as cancer in someone young though, for example.
Breast lumps can sometimes be more obvious at different times of the menstrual period, as breast tissue responds to hormone level changes. This may be a small lymph node or a fibroadenoma (benign fatty tissue). These are harmless, and common in women of all ages.
There is more information here,

But do ask your GP to check it out and hopefully reassure you. They are very experienced with these sort of concerns.
Hope this helps,
Best wishes,
Vanda
