Although swollen lymph nodes come up in response to infection or inflammation, they can also do so for no reason or if your immunity is a bit low. There are explanations other than cancer.

It's good that you had the ultrasound though, as if anything is found that needs following up, it will be followed through with a biopsy.

No one at this moment can say though what this may be and it certainly doesn't just indicate cancer. 

So though really hard, I'm afraid it's holding your nerve and not over thinking things too much until you get the result.
